Its crazy for the wealthiest country in the world to be so unwilling to invest in our future because "socialism". Look at the economics of poland. It's not shocking why their economy is crushing the rest of the world rn. They have free education, free Healthcare, high minimum wage $8.50 USD and cost of living is 32% lower than the US. Also rent is 55% cheaper. Their biggest exports are machinery, vehicles, electronics, and furniture. It shouldnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that making our youth face crushing financial pressures like $1500 a month rent with a $7.25 minimum wage or even $15 minimum wage will force them to forgo long term goals to get by month to month. How can a country with so many less resources like poland have their citizens average cost of living be down to around $800 a month when just housing is double that?
An entire block of words thoroughly demonstrating that progressives still dont understand basic economics.

I have several Polish tenants living and working in Germany. Cost of living is about the same as Germany ,yet in Poland the income is about half.
so what numbers do you dispute being more affordable for the youth/college students being better? is it possible your tenants may lie to you?

Uh this graph proves my point. The cost of living is generally the same and the pay is half.

only if you suck at math lol
688+230+28+15=961
950+350+58+45=1403....
how is that "generally the same"
I'll trade you $68 for $100 all day if they are the same in your mind.
also kinda odd you tried to bring Germany into a convo about USA vs Poland..... Germany also has a higher min wage vs cost of living than the USA.
their rent is cheaper and their min wage is $15.21 and going up 2 euros in 2027.

where have you been the last 50 years.
once investors learn they can make more money than the initial investment within 10 years they move jobs elsewhere

What is the fundamental issue?

Are you fricking stupid or something? Look at the salary. In Poland most have very little left over after your bills are paid. Also that is a tad high for a 1 bedroom outside of Munich or Frankfurt. The one bedroom apartment that I have in Nürnberg being rented out to my Polish tenant is going for 785 warm it usually depends on the mietspiegle for the area. I live in Germany and have had many Polish tenants. They come here to work and save money which is very hard to do in Poland. Also basic internet here is about 20 euros and if you shop at discounters you can be very frugal. I have been to Poland a few times and as I stated previously they are still under developed ,but making strides in the right direction. Also the have alot of good looking women.

Our leaders don't care about Americans. They only care about money and power. They have no problem replacing us with another underclass. As long as the Status quo stays constant. We live in two different worlds. Our world and their world collides on what is best for survival.
