Well it seems to me that this could have all been avoided if he would have minded his business and not approach Trayvon like 911 instructed him to.

Sure, but that doesn't change the fact that it was a legal shoot.

So a cop just starts a fight for no reason?

Umm yea.

So here is the problem. Obviously you or I weren't there and were not in the Grand Jury deliberation in the case so we have to create our personal narrative based on press released and interviews. For every release and point of info that is negative towards Brown (the vast majority), you dismiss as a lie. And because there is little to no positive information for Brown, you concoct an assumption - i.e. why would he instigate a fight with a cop?

It just reeks of bias. You are trying to reconstruct the narrative based on your personal desire instead of taking the information as it comes.

That's not the way the law works. Someone doesn't get to brutalize another because they think they're being followed.

He's trying to excuse MB from attacking a cop. That's all.

The HOA doesn't need authority to follow and call in suspicious activity. Neither of these actions are against the law.

Nope, not at all.

And Stand Your Ground wasn't even at issue in the Martin case. The media made a big deal out of it because, generally, journalist are shitty lawyers. Florida's Stand Your Ground defense was agreed by both parties to not be at issue during the case. Zimmerman used basic self-defense law.

Oh but shooting some one is in most states but Fl has this thing called stand your ground unless your black and unarmed then you have people like yourself talking about you can't just fight somebody because they are following you but you can follow somebody intimidate them then shooting them after they kick your arse.

If you want to dispute what I said, then do it. Stop changing the subject because you can't have a simple debate. This is why arguing with you eventually gets to be pointless. You just change the subject or move the goalpost. If it wasn't a legal shoot, then tell me why.

Again, Stand Your Ground was never used in the Zimmerman case.

You have bad information here.

You are a piece of work.

Please explain to me how you can lawfully follow someone, provoke them, fight them, call the 911, get instructed to not follow him, decide you will disregard and shoot that person.

This what exactly happened.

Another problem with people.

Some morons said stand your ground at the beginning and then they just feel no need whatsoever to update their information.

They just consider people with updated info to have "their opinions"

Stand your ground or any self defense laws aren't predicated on the fact that someone is armed. Jesus dude, can you not dabble in whiny hyperbole for one post?

There was no sarcasm. Look i dont give a shite what color you are, if a cop tells you to do a freaking cartwheel, you do a damn cartwheel. It saddens me that people die from cops, but if the cop is defending his own life (alton was reaching in his pocket for a gun), then he has every right to defend himself. Cops arent militants they dont have to wait to be shot at before opening fire.

notwithstanding the accuracy of your statement. Stand your ground wasn't used as a defense.

It's not like that's a matter if opinion
