Why the flip?

Just prior to this attack, the Deep State wasn’t to be trusted.

They attempted a coup.

Now, they are the bringers of accurate and trustworthy information in regards to Iran being involved.

How can some of you justify holding completely opposing positions?

Do some of you just not realize this?

Either they are trustworthy or they aren’t.

You cannot have it both ways.

Well, Iran has be doing this for months now. Supplying Yemen with the capacity to attack and now the tankers attacks.

Just because you don't want war, doesn't mean Iran didn't do it.

That wasn’t my question.

Why do you trust the Deep State now?

Hell, how can you trust them now?

Why is it so hard for you to believe that Iran is desperate to change the status quo? Which is more believable, that the US intelligence instigated the attack, undetected by ANY other intelligence agencies, including our enemies, or that Iran is trying to provoke a war so their 13th Imam will supposedly show up?

You think Russia wouldn't take the opportunity to humiliate us on the world stage if we instigated the attack ourself?

Again, avoiding the question.

Why do you trust the entity who, over the past 2+ years, has been working against your duly elected president?

What have they done to immediately obtain this level of trust from you?

Why would you believe that Trump, who supposedly is smart enough to run "The Awakening", would be completely fooled by an agency he knows is trying to get rid of him? Why do you suddenly not trust the President?

Is the USA the only one pointing the finger at Iran?

They’re reverting back to the Obama year’s chicken hawk days.

Because you don’t get to pick and choose here, especially in a situation where you have zero capabilities to determine factuality or evaluate the honesty of the parties involved.

They are either trustworthy or they aren’t.

If they are untrustworthy in one situation, why would they be trustworthy in this one?

He has been sold a bad bill of goods before by people around him.

Also, what is “the awakening”? That sounds like something from Highlander.

I don’t fully trust the president. I believe those around him even less.

Is this the trust in the military intel or government intel? I believe there is a distinction. The trust comes in with how the government handles such intel.

Well they did try and overthrow our own govt and almost got away with it, and may still get off scot free.

So now we can't trust Trump either, because he trusts them? I'm so confused, who are the good guys now? Am I a bad guy? Is my mom deep state? Oh geez... Where's my tinfoil hat?
