I know you are just using general terms and aren’t implying that having a college degree makes you more educated on issues, but I still cringe at the “educated/uneducated” nomenclature.
This is totally fair; it’s just easier than typing out “with a four-year college degree or above”

The most diverse states and cities are the most conservative????! You inhaling meth, man???? The opposite is true.

It’s obviously true that I didn’t actually conduct the polling myself.
I’m open to seeing any flaws in that poll’s results. Do you have any reliable polling indicating white voters with a four-year degree voted more for Trump, or are you just dismissing facts that don’t fit your narrative?

Which means that you don't understand that in order to interpret a stat correctly, you have to know the question ti is answering.
If the question is, "who has more degrees", you found the right answer. Alas, you applied the wrong question tot he answer.
So. Congratulations. You're easily manipulated because you don't know how to ask questions yourself.
Don't feel bad. You're like almost everyone when it comes to stats. But, you can still desire to do better.

There's actually nothing wrong with the results. It's the interpretation that's false.
Pro-tip. When someone tells you that a stat says a thing, that doesn't actually MEAN it says that thing. You need to apply your own intellect to the task or you can be easily manipulated.
A bright person seeing that stat would IMMEDIATELY at the very least say, "wait, so in this stat, all 4 year degrees are being measured as equal...…..is that a reflection of reality?"

My interpretation that two people who have four year college degrees have equal education levels is wrong?
Two different people could have gotten more out of school, have different intelligence levels, or have different amounts of knowledge, but the commonly used term “education level” pretty plainly refers to years of schooling or highest degree obtained.

People who have degrees are ALWAYS more intelligent that people without degrees, no exceptions.
At least that's what I was told by people with degrees.

A lot of diversity in those red states.

Wow. Do you even have to really ask that?

"Education level" and "Educated" aren't the same thing.
Honestly, I shouldn't have to explain that fact to you.
Bottom line. To believe that liberals are more "educated", you literally have to believe that income is inversely related to education.
Because yeah. THAT stat is real too! A stat that every last liberal who ever argued for education funding already knows and makes every day.
There is literally no way to interpret voting by income level AND education level and conclude that the left is the "most educated".
Frankly, everyone who ever says it is either a liar or an idiot who the liar is targeting.

You’re arguing with ghosts. I said “educated” not “intelligent”. There’s no ready available objective way to measure intelligence for polling purposes, so there’s no way to prove who the most intelligent people vote for.

Honestly, it's not even about degree/no-degree
People who propagate the stat clearly intend to argue that one group is more educated and by extension, smarter.
Once you realize that the stat being used to support that conclusion treats ALL 4 year degrees as equal, you should immediately have questions.
When you ask those, you should then, of course wonder, "how in the frick is the "smartest" group the one that only dominates the lowest income quintile in voting"??????

And you're being dishonest.
The whole purpose of those stats is to further the false narrative that Dems = smart, Republicans = dumb....

OK
So. You dominate the idiots with degrees. I'm good with your interpretation.
Thanks.

I think you’ll find that education level is the most common way of differentiating who in society is considered more educated.

It's funny that you Leftists LOOOOVE to paint Conservatives as idiots, but would zhit your pants at the notion of having voters pass a basic literacy test in order to be eligible to vote.....
If basic arithmetic and spelling were a voting requirement, you'd lose 2/3 of your Urban base.

Honestly, his interpretation is pretty horrific for liberals.
Think about it. We KNOW that education level is related to income level in this country.
If you are the people with the most degrees and you can only dominate the lowest income quintile, do you realize how pathetic that is?
It's basically the ultimate proof of the Starbuck's barista with a graduate degree cliche'!
