Why did it take a "racist" white POTUS to bring attention to Dem ran urban blight?

Why did it take an obvious racist President to bring much needed attention to the shitholes that have become Democratic governed inner city issues? Is this the Dems dirty little secret?
You write this in rock, something big is coming surrounding this. What happened to all the money that's been sent to clean these areas up? What happened to that $700B in "shovel ready" jobs fricknuts promised us?
This is the linchpin in what will expose the rampant corruption in these shitholes and a metric shite ton of people are going down with it.
Chicago - more gun deaths than Baghdad
Baltimore - 319 homicides last year
Detroit - crumbling in on itself
San Francisco - you literally are walking in shite
Portland - the mayor allowed journalist beatings
NYC - citizens are literally throwing water on cops
The list goes on and on and on.
As per Trump's regular MO, he's dangling a carrot out there and as per usual the media and Demtards swallow the bait all the way to their goozle.
Something big is coming. Trump knows this. This is gonna be fun to watch play out.

The truth is out there and I'm guessing it would not sit well with the American taxpayer. Regarding the shovel ready/stimulus: $460 more per person was allocated where Democrats had the majority of representatives, Washington DC got $7,600 per capita, and ghost companies like Solyndra (which made half a billion dollars vanish) were nothing more than FOB (Friends of Obama) party funds.
The theft is ongoing. The rest of us poor saps are just supposed to shut up and keep contributing to the kitty.

I really wish Obama had taken some of these folks to task.
It’s the problem with democrat mindset when it comes to their identity politics. Dems think if you are white, you only care about whites. White male only cares about white males.
That must mean that in their world, this is how THEY operate. Woman president will only care about women. Black president will only care about blacks. Etc. they’ll never admit that but their attitude toward Trump tells you that this is how they think.

The Left must have an impoverished dependent low-educated victim class to keep their power. If they have no one to bribe and manipulate they lose power.
Not solving inner-city problems is done on purpose for precisely this reason.
Think about it. 60+ years of Dems running these cities and watching them get worse and worse, all the while calling Republicans “racists”, fomenting division, and enabling them to live off welfare scraps instead of bringing the real solutions known as education and jobs.
How much money has our government spent over those 60 years? Hundreds of Trillions. Hundreds... of... TRILLIONS.
And yet we have ~40 million people in poverty, not including illegal aliens. Which means we have well over a 50 million people in this country below the poverty line, and probably 25-30 million in deep poverty.
Do you know what would happen to the Democrat Party if 50 million people were lifted out of poverty? They’d never win another election and would whither away.
Democrats know this and this is why they fight for welfare, rail against business/stifle business with over-regulation, pander with socialist ideas, call every opposition racist to foment division, and push identity politics to foment more division.
They can’t solve problems. When they do they lose voters, because secure self-reliant people always become Conservatives.

I have long wondered why African Americans supported all of the illegal immigrant talk of the Democrats. Their neighborhoods and cities are falling apart and democrats want to pay for illegal immigrants school, health care, etc...
