In normal circumstances, I think he would have a shot of getting off because it’s hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. He still has a shot but it’s minute.

My bigger question is how much damage will result if he gets off. It will make the riots now seem like Woodstock.

They knew each other more than casually says the Floyd family. There is much more to this.

I really wish someone would pursue this angle a whole lot more than what is currently being talked about. The way Chauvin was smiling while restraining Floyd tells me he finally had an opportunity to do something he had wanted to do for a long time. It seemed personal. I think there is very much something to these two previously working together.

I dont think he'll get off, the video changed my whole stance on it.

The Atlanta cops will walk though.

The mayor and DA should be forced to resign for the political farce they've created there.

You are one person (meh....if communists are people... not really the case, as we all know).

One.

So am I. And we. WE. Serve juries.

Sucks, dickweed.

Not. Guilty.

Welcome to hell. Go pray to Marx for deliverance from your creation.

Apart from the coroner's report, what makes you think he didn't have a heart attack?

sure you are. you've already said you vote to convict because of what you saw on a video and how it made you feel without regards to what the actual law says.

you are emotional.
