Record Custodian is on and this person is fighting at every freaking turn. Good grief.
ETA: This records custodian will more than likely lose his job after this. It appears he has purposefully omitted documents that were in the original request. Uh oh.

That attorney, at least I assume she’s an attorney, asking questions couldn’t be more professional. If that would be taking place before jury he would definitely look like an arse.

Nothing will happen. As far as I know, Fani Willis lied under oath on three occasions in her testimony regarding conflict of interest in the Trump case. Perjury. Then, she testified under oath that she kept cash in her house that came from her election campaign to pay for her personal trips with her boyfriend, the lawyer she appointed and the citizens paid to prosecute Trump. FEC violation. She’s never been charged and is still the DA. Again…nothing will happen.

This is more about omission of documents right now and the compilation (and subsequent lacktherof) of documents.
