You're not. Don't ever give in and let them make you think you are.

They are the ones who live on the moon.

How so?

Someone who disparages large swaths of people as dirty and drains on society has a better than average chance of being a racist.

Also, they probably have a better than average chance of being dirty and a drain on society.

Some people that Rob banks do so for a better life, fleeing poverty and other horrible things. Of course I prefer them to go through the official paths. But I also recognize that we're talking about human beings here - nationality aside - with families and livelihoods, and I prefer to keep the conversation in respectful and empathetic terms.

Why does it feel so different if you just change a few words??

I am not liberal

I am in favor of very strong preventative measures to curb illegal immigration

I am in favor of punitive measures for criminals and this includes illegal aliens. However, due to realized expense, indiscriminate mass deportation is likely not the best method. In an effort to not encourage further illegal immigration, fast tracking citizenship for all US residing illegals is also not the best option.

To answer the OP, I believe the origin and causality of this vile attack on those opposing illegal immigration is multifactorial.

It starts when liberals either fail to acknowledge illegal immigration is ILLEGAL, or place no negative value on that infringement of the law. Simply stated, with the media's help, many don't see the harm in this criminal activity.

Couple that with a dissolving sense of work ethic and personal accountability which is rampant in liberal circles. No longer is the unmotivated, self-indulgent, physically and mentally capable, adult with his hand out consumed with self loathing or embarrassment. No longer is that person looked down upon by society. Instead they are viewed as revolutionary, principled, pure to their emotions and feelings and justified in their inactivity and entitlement. Just look at all the people needing safe places, mental health breaks from work and school, and ever increasing tolerance for their ineptitudes.

This breeds an economic disconnect between supply and demand. An inability to acknowledge that the supply of money from those earning is not endless, combined with the belief that the social requirement to fund others is limitless.

Then there is the empathetic plea to humanity that these criminals have established lives, family, and are "doing their part". By sensationalizing their struggles and fears of facing penalties for illegal activities the media has been instrumental in delivering a portion of the American public to this place of sympathy and empathy.

The result is a sorrowful empathetic economically confused liberal who is left searching for an answer to why fiscal conservatives want to restrict impoverished needy humans from improving their lives and why they would want to apply penalties to good hard working contributing members of our society. They search for a common possible causality, an ideology that is different than theirs that may be blamed. In their infinite wisdom they have decided racism must be the motivation for this desire. Conveniently, that reason is a detested indefensible position that negates the need for any further conversation or debate.

Fuuk politically correct shite!! Hang some kind of phobia on me. I don't give a shite. It's law and this unredeemable deplorable is tired of useless Soros puppet for a president purposely not enforcing the very laws he was sworn to enforce.

Seems like a fair trade. You don't get arrested and you don't get any potential refunds. Not a good deal?

Of course, they can always return home, pay taxes and get what ever legal benefits they are entitled to receive. That's probably asking too much though from the bubble boys. I get that.

What if that person just wants the laws of the country to be enforced?

What is wrong and continues to this day; is an administration ignoring the law and advocating that it be broken for political purposes. The only reason Dems want them here is to vote Democrat.

You are not a racist
The United States of America is governed by laws...

Liberals don't like laws that don't fit their agenda

Liberalism is a mental disorder

Illegal immigration should be stopped. But shouldn't we make it easier for people to move here? If people want to live in our great country, why not let them? Why make it so difficult to move here?

Also a wall is a stupid expensive idea. A wall isn't going to stop illegal immigration and it is going to cost a lot of money. I really hope this does not happen. If we want to create infrastructure jobs, lets build up our roads and bridges. Let's build a bad arse high speed passenger train system. Let's innovate what we have to make our lives better instead of building a wall that will get torn down in a few decades by future leaders.

NYC has lots of illegal Irish immigrants. Do you feel the same way about illegal immigrants from Western Europe? Even if you don't, that doesn't necessarily make you racist because the cultural differences may be the issue.

As long as they can support themselves and not be on the dole, fine. They have to have a job or money to live off of until they find a job prior to arriving. They have to have a sponsor otherwise willing to support them and that sponsor cannot be the government.

Good with that?

Racist or xenophobe?

It's nice that you have an opinion albeit totally misinformed.

Get out into the real world and look around. They are everywhere around here. They need to go home and obey our laws on how to enter legally and become a useful part of society.

Sure, I have compassion but I am more concerned about the future of my grandkids.

So label me whatever the shite you want to. I really DGAF about your politically correct shite. That got old a long time ago.
