As far as executing the office in the best interests of our country without care for anyone else, it is without a doubt, Donald J. Trump.
But if you would like to throw a little more into the equation, such as some ability to trick and reel in the left with some ability to appeal to their emotional side (which is what drives them completely), you throw in the grandfatherly love of Ronald Reagan.
Therefore, as someone mentioned earlier, it is Reagan. If Trump wins re-election, then he will be transformative, and will become the new model for presidents going forward. At least we can hope.

GEOTUS and Ronaldus Magnus are neck in neck as the two best in at least the last 100 years.
I think Trump will end up proving to be one of the best presidents we have ever had, but he still has quite a bit of work left to do and I don't think it's fair to rank him just yet. But aside from that, did you just throw the 100 years thing out there for the hell of it?
We have had some damn good Presidents over the last 100 years. Eisenhower comes to mind. Eisenhower oversaw the invasion of Normandy for fricks sake. Then he went on to build our interstate highway systems, integrated public schools, formed NASA, launched the space race, oversaw a great economy and warned us explicitly about the Military Industrial Complex on his way out the door. Considering he was a 5* General, he was in a very good position to understand the dangers the MIC posed, and although his warnings didn't really stop much of anything I respect the hell out of the man for having the balls to call them out.
We have had some damn good leaders in the past 100 years. I hope Trump can continue on his trajectory though because he may pass them all up if he does.

It's still Reagan to me. If you weren't alive at the time it is impossible to describe how important the collapse of the U.S.S.R. and the Soviet bloc in eastern Europe was. And yes, technically it may have occurred in the first Bush administration but Reagan was the one who caused it. Trump is working his way up to #2 but I'll have to wait until 2025 to decide for sure where to put him on the list. And honestly, for as much as I dislike him as a person, Clinton was better than either Bush and easily the best Democrat president in my lifetime. Now before too many eggs get thrown at me the only other choices I have for that honor are LBJ, Carter and Obama and LBJ left office when I was two years old.

That’s almost word for word the assessment I was given. For me, I want results. I do like that trump is taking on the media. This media isn’t the same as it was in Regans day. They at least pretended to be non bias.
They weren't as bad bias wise but I think a lot of that is also due to them having less air time than today, especially if you include social media into the mix. In Reagan's time you had three networks who spent 30 minutes each day covering the news with a one hour interview show on Sunday mornings and special report break ins when something truly significant or important occurred. No one was one 24 hours continuously and the plague of locusts on Facebook and Twitter didn't exist. It was easier to find freedom from the press back then.

Who is your GOAT president since 1980?
Trump because he didn’t allow illegals in California amnesty. Creating a forever blue state. I love Reagan, but this wasn't smart.

Trump is the best man in the history of people

Congress deserves a lot of the credit for making it so, but the answer is Bill Clinton.

IMO we haven't had a president since 1980 that was worth a single frick except Trump.
Reagan? Yeah, he oversaw the dissolution of the USSR, but he also launched this disastrous neo-liberal "we will remain in the middle East from now til forever" doctrine.

Reagan and it is not even close.
Trump could not tote his jock strap.

However, as far as moving the ball on their agendas, Trump is second to none.
Why do you say that?
He has failed in almost all of his agendas.
I will give him credit on the tax cut and I am glad a republican was there to make this supreme court nominations for the republican Senate to vote on. Any republican would have made similar nominees.
He has not accomplished the trade deals most of his avid supporters think he has. USMCA really is not Earth shattering different from NAFTA. Phase 1 China benefits China a lot more than it does the US. I am just happy they quit fighting and some of the tariffs are going away. If you can't admit to those facts you really are close minded and a Trump minion.
He has not built this huge wall and has done nothing to change the law on illegals or to identify and deal with "illegals" in the country.
He has not accomplished anything with North Korea.
He rolled over on the debt limit in August.
There is no new health care plan like he promised.
Reagan got things done. He passed two tax cuts---massive tax cuts. He restored the military after a decade of disarray. He basically ended the cold war--younger people have no idea how bid this was. (In elementary school we had Civil Defense drills in case of nuclear attack.) He cut the bureaucracy--he actually eliminated a massive agency the ICC. He restored confidence in the American people and worked with Democrats on legislation. He stood for everything they hated but they liked him. He almost passed a balance budget amendment.
Trump is better than a democrat but he is mostly talk and he is not accomplished a single legislative win.
I voted for Trump and will probably do so again but he is not Ronald Reagan or Calvin Coolidge. He is not even a Nixon or Eisenhower who both accomplished a great deal----Nixon ended Viet Nam, began direct talks and restored some commerce with the USSR and China (Americans couldn't even fly to those two countries for two and half decades and farmers couldn't sell them grain.) Nixon started the EPA which was need to protect property owners from pollution of other people which is a function of government just like protecting people from thieves and murder are. Eisenhower ended the Korean War, built the interstate system and kept his thumb on democrat war mongers like LBJ in the Senate.

That is BS.
He struck the Libyans after Flight 93 and revenged the bombing of the Marines in Lebanon but that is about it.
He didn't put major troops numbers in the area.

Amnesty and expanding the Earned Income Credit , that's what I think of when I hear people talking about Reagan.
Clinton was more conservative then Reagan.

Silliness
While amnesty in hindsight turned out to be a terrible idea, it's simply reflected one of Reagan's flaws at the time. Namely that he still believed you could make a deal with Democrats. On this issue and a couple of others he made this for that deals where he gave this and never got that because even back then Democrats were just playing liars.
But make no mistake there's a reason why to this day liberals demonize Reagan and it isn't because they think he was more liberal than Clinton
