KC would be that Kevin Clinesmith or something like that who pled guilty to falsifying documents to get FISA warrants about nine months ago or so.

CrowdStrike helped investigate the Democratic National Committee cyber attacks and discovered their connection to Russian intelligence services. On March 20, 2017, James Comey testified before congress stating, "CrowdStrike, Mandiant, and ThreatConnect review[ed] the evidence of the hack and conclude[d] with high certainty that it was the work of APT 28 and APT 29 who are known to be Russian intelligence services.

And tied into some DARPA contract. They just glaze over that fact in most news reports. DARPA is the black ops of black ops and ALL the cyber companies have their fingers in that pie along with the CIA as ringmaster.

This thing is far deeper than some fat Joffe guy and a couple of analysts at Ga Tech.
