Who is really running the country?

Biden is not capable nor does he have the mental acumen to be in charge. So who is writing his que cards? Who is actually negotiating on behalf of the US? Shouldn’t the American public be aware of whoever this is and what they are doing?
Some say Obama. But Obama was a que card president also. He was great at reading a teleprompter but without one he was a mess.

The DNC, think tanks, a select few in Congress, and some high level generals. Biden is a figurehead and gets "advised" by these folks.

The people that are highest of the land (Oligarchs). There is a hierarchy in place that they have other people do their bidding. Wall Street first, then your Federal Government, after that it trickles down to States and Cities.
It’s not the country. It’s the World, the high and mighty runs.
Many are trying now to have a one world government. Look at WHO and NATO.
Once you get what other countries can chime in and tell you what to do, you have lost your freedom.

My only hesitation with this is for this is to be true then Trump is also a puppet. otherwise why would he not open up about how things worked when he was the president. Or did the ones really calling the shots take a break for his 4 years?

They never thought HRC would lose. Trump's first term set their 16 year plan back. This pause between Trump terms has forced them to act so quickly and out in the open in an effort to get back on track that it's woken up the American people to the globalist agenda, and we aren't pleased one bit with what we the people have seen.
You saw how much Trump was able to accomplish WITH deep state elements entrenched in our government fighting him along the way. What he does beginning in 2025 will blow your mind.
