Why do all whites need to "look inward" when a white person shoots up a place? If he was related or a friend and we knew him then certainly, but for almost every white American this is not the case.
Let's break down numbers so we can end this "whites are bad" narrative.
Census
FBI Homicides by Race 2017
Population
Whites: 250,283,087
Blacks: 43,840,436
Hispanics: 59,871,640
Homicides committed by Race in 2017
Whites: 5,125.
Less than 1/4 of a percent of Whites in 2017 committed a homicide.
Blacks: 6,444.
1.5% of their population in 2017 committed a homicide.
Hispanics: 1,505.
Exactly 1/4 of a percent of Hispanics in 2017 committed a homicide.
Since everything is about Race in 2019, perhaps Blacks should look inward and ask tough questions; as they commit the highest out of homicides out of the major three ethnic groups.
These mass murders are no less tragic, but help push an anti-gun narrative, which is why it will dominate the news. The ability of our healthcare providers to determine mental capacities of individuals is an issue. It is hard to determine and most mental issues go undiagnosed or are misdiagnosed.
Neural networks are used in test groups at a few hospitals and have great success at diagnosing mental health issues at a much higher rate of success. Perhaps we should look into these technologies and invest money into them to push their growth?

Even the "mass shootings" reflect the trend of whites committing fewer acts of THIS TYPE ALL CAPS HYSTERICAL FONT shooting event.

Other than that four things: White males have pressure on them to achieve. Some fall into drugs, some are not very gifted and some come from screwed up parents so many don't. A tiny % of these misfits so small it is not possible to express it here strike out as copy cats. Muslims do it because their religion teaches them too. Some ghetto background black kids kill for no good reason (mostly each other) and consider it a normal way of life since they were thrown away as little children or raised in that environment. Some Hispanics are the same, both having been raised in a drug dominated culture.
