I have offered thousands for someone's phone number... Local number with no attached marketing, and the person had it for less than two years and the persons declined. One time it was even a kid's number and the parent said no.
Some people are too leery of any offer to take the cash. Some don't want to mess with it. Some think it's a scam. Some, like this guy on a first class seat, value their time more than what it would be exchanged for. Who the frick is Newton, other than a whiny Little bitch?
