Dude, we get it, they are tickling your balls with Q phrases. It doesn't mean anything. They may as well be saying a lyric to a song that they know resonates with people. It does not prove anything is happening. They're just going to keep doing this to get your clicks and keep you engaged.

He isn't actually saying there what you guys seem to think he is saying. What he is saying is that he has that as ammunition.
Rewatch the video and listen for when he talks about it the first time. He says (paraphrase), "I had the opportunity to do these bad things to these people, but I didn't out of respect for the office, but then they impeached me twice." He is signalling here that he might change his mind if they keep disrespecting the office.
Later he says explicitly, "I can still do this."
And then at the end he essentially says that even though he can still do this, he isn't, AS YET, out of respect for the office.
That entire video is a threat to those people and you morons are so eager to jump up and down and scream about how you are right that you totally miss all the context of what he is actually saying. Par for the course.
