I think over the past 10 years since fentanyl poisoning has become an issue total deaths are likely between 700k-1 million. That's a lot of dead Americans and many who have died are teenagers who thought they were taking a pharmaceutical drug.
A Google search shows fentanyl deaths were less than 4K/year in 2013 and increased to 107k/year in 2022

Interesting, press sec was just asked about tariffs dealing with fentanyl, then someone asked if it would go further because of Covid origins being found by Ratcliffe. Would be awesome if China comes out and says the US was involved and that would get Fauci.
