All the democrats are accomplishing is ensuring that THE GOATs base doesn’t sleep on Election Day. They know impeachment is suicide because it will fail but their Reeeeeeeeeesist base demands they do something so they grandstand and their sycophants at CNN toss around the wordage of “subpoena” and “obstruction” and “contempt of congress”.
No true moderate or conservative is gonna give this the time of day so they aren’t gonna rallly any swing votes. Until they get a court to compel someone to testify (which will assuredly allow republicans a chance to cross examine.) this is nothing but a desperate attempt to cajole the ignorant.
AND, big if, but if a court does compel the admin to respond to subpoenas - it will carry less weight with the majority of the public than the transcript itself did. No matter how this plays out the democrats are screwed cause Zelensky isn’t gonna change his tune.

Lmao, chronologically speaking, someone will state they were misinterpreted AFTER being misinterpreted. They may not realize they were misinterpreted until later. You think its a big gotcha that the convo follows logical chronological order?

It means "without regard to the method used" or even "by any means necessary".
Like:
'This relationship needs to be built even if Trump is using it for his 2020 reelection campaign/Zelensky perceives the Ukraine as being used for 2020 reelection campaign'
