In the purported texts (that have been released), no Bill Barr mentioned. There are references to "Barr", that one text reveals to be "Mary Barr"
The rest of the supporting documentation is hand-written notes. Not exactly what one would consider reliable, especially given the source.

Some of us stated on the board years ago that Barr was a piece of shite and got blasted by his defenders.

Yes, but with very little credible documentation to support her claims.
She's a person who fled the country after being indicted for stealing money from people falsely claiming to be a lawyer and accepting large sums of money to fix their immigration problems. She just ended up stealing the money.
Her "evidence" is primarily hand written notes.
Her non-note evidence shows that a Barr being referenced is not Bill Barr.

Is that a grok or chatgp response? You miss the point totally. Laws should not be changed based on current viewpoint of the current admin regardless of who they are.
Use the EPA viewpoint finding that CO2 is hazardous causing the entire economy to go in one direction. Now the new administration viewpoint is the opposite causing great disruption.
If the decision basis was found on sound principles {which global warming is not} then it ought to stick regardless of other viewpoints

Petti said it right earlier in the day. The right wing blogosphere has just become pure slop. I think this particular story comes from Alex Jones, doesn't it? There is so much crap where people post a screenshot from some site like Breaking911 with no underlying source, then FloTech blasts it here and everyone takes it as truth. Anyone who shows skepticism gets blasted in return. I personally think you're being too dismissive of the political importance some of the new Russiagate material, but I appreciate the technical analysis of why any prosecution is an uphill battle.
