When I'm on a jobsite that requires people to shave, those are what we give out so they don't come to work unshaven. No shaving cream

Is this referring to the tax on luxury vs necessity goods? I know tampon tax was a big thing recently but have no idea if razors are taxed honestly. Never even thought of them not being til this thread but maybe?
