Just roughing it, 2 million loan holders at 10k debt each is 20 million.

I seriously hope you don’t have any student loan debt.

no. You need to learn the difference between discretionary and non-discretionary spending.

1) the average college debt for new graduates is closer to $30,000 than $10,000

2) using those numbers, 2 million debt holders with $30,000 in debt is $60,000,000

A state with 12 million in population would then owe $5,000 per capita.

And that bill will go up 1) next year with the new graduates and 2) a lot more when the next batch of students get to go “for free”

You're only off by a factor of 1000

That would be 20 billion not million

Would be 60 billion. But using the 30K debt amount and applying it to all people is really inflating the numbers

Our taxes ultimately go to the pockets of the politicians and their friends . We as tax payers should be able to pick where our taxes go . It would keep all of these politicians from stealing our money . Democrats would never want it that way because they couldn’t buy votes.

The vast majority of our taxes go to the govt. The last figure I read on all combined forms of welfare said 16 cents goes to poor people. 84 cents is absorbed by govt bureaus.
