It's really the only option. I cant hire enough people here. I've looked and still got job reqs open. I can engage a company in India though and get a dedicated pod if needed.....so it kinda forced my hand.

You can hire people but you have to pay more than 10 rupees a week. That's why people like you want immigration so much.

I don't know what their final pay is to the actual developer i just know it came in slightly under budget for hiring because of benefits mostly. Wlpay wasn't the consideration pushing us to outsource we would gladly hire comparable junior resources here and be in budget. I'd prefer that as well because of long term growth potential.

Base pay would be around 50k we also have bonus comp plans and tons of benefits. This is entry level work for a US resource.
