After 4 years of breathless reporting on unsubstantiated rumors of Trump being compromised by Russia - even after they were demonstrably proven false, the media will NOT report (and delete social media posts about) the reams of evidence uncovered showing Biden's compromising dealings with communist China. His rotting grey matter is the least of our worries.

I’m sure they recognized the mental issues early in his non-campaign, if not before.
As far as reporting on it, that will follow the same rules as all other negative skewing propaganda that they manage:
1. If it can be ignored, it will be ignored.
2. If it can’t be ignored, but can plausibly be denied or blamed on opponents, that will be done.
3. If neither 1 or 2 is an option, report on the problem in as sympathetic and heroic a light as possible. “Joe’s struggle went on as long as he could fight and do his job.”
