When will first fall case appear in US?

I look for several months of the news telling us how terrible this will be if it comes back in the fall. I will guess that our first CV case will pop up here around the end of August or the first week of September. This gives plenty of time for them to ramp up the panic and cause for lockdown which will last through the election. We will see constant work being done to make it possible to vote from home and we will

We should have the capacity to South Korea any future outbreaks.
Plus we should have treatment plans that are proven and I have seen there could be a vaccine possibly by the fall for at least health care workers.

Where have you seen they could have a vaccine by the fall for healthcare workers? I only ask because this is encouraging to hear and if you have a solid source I would love to read it.
