Glad we agree not all subpoenas are created equal, the requester oftentimes asks for sensitive information the requestee may not want to turn over, and due process mandates a traversal mechanism for the requestee
Would love to see you follow this thought through to its conclusion here. You know, since we're talking about items purchased and maintained with public funds and under the control of the body who has issued the subpoena.

Did Dominion develop the software on its own or were public funds used? I keep seeing that being said, and it could make a marginal difference on the analysis, but I’ve never seen it sourced.
And public money pays for non-public information all the time. That’s not the dispositive factor. Subpoena missile blueprints from Raytheon and see where it gets you

Ah, so glad to see you are in complete support of black box voting machines.

At least you responded as yourself this time. Progress.

The subpoena is for things in the possession of Maricopa County. What you just said makes no sense.

Not at all. Just not in support of the logic of “if you don’t immediately comply with the subpoena then you’re guilty”. That’s a dangerous road

This is what I responded to. Public money used to purchase and maintain and under control of a public body.

Uh-huh. That public body would be Maricopa County, not Dominion.

The rule of law is maybe the greatest bulwark against political passions.

If you're worried about keeping the rule of law intact, you might want to consider what happens when people believe the government is corrupt, their votes no longer counts, and the government is openly covering it up.
Because that's a hell of a lot more dangerous than what you seem to be clutching your pearls over.

You pay the mortgage and coach the T-ball team because you may talk shite on the internet but in real life, your quality of life and perceived problems with the government are not worth dying over.
But go ahead and fire the first shot. We won’t miss you.

Certainly seems to be one of the last and under siege from all angles at this point.

We all know that from trumps example congressional subpoenas don’t mean shite.

Oh right on then. Wrong thread.
So you think a company that creates software to be used in elections should be able to ignore subpoenas to allow the election process to be reviewed in full?

The tacit admissions in this are phenomenal.

Jokes on him. We're quickly getting to the point where what is going on IS worth dying for.
