Across the board based on a recent release. Not that it matters all that much.

Nonsupervisory was hit harder though. Working more 0.3% more hours and paid 0.4% less

i assume you're going to say because of inflation.

otherwise, they have risen over the last year according to even the most liberal outlets

not exactly. obama touted numbers that didn't include the labor participation rate - iow, people leaving the workforce altogether, which propped up his unemployment numbers. now, we're seeing unemployment REALLY decrease because the lpr is also going up - i.e. those people are returning to the workforce. couple that with the availability of jobs and you have an economy that is humming. and i still haven't gotten an answer to the question i asked.

I couldn’t find where the BLS changed their calculation when Trump took over. Mind sharing a link (genuinely mean that - not being snarky)?

Thanks for the list. Apologies if I missed you posting earlier. NC was the only one I saw who provided specific information.

here we go with this. and wouldn't you know that halfwit 90proof is present in this thread.

as i said, obama touted the u3 number and never acknowledged workers leaving the workforce along with job evaporation.

that dynamic has turned around under trump.

and i STILL have not gotten an answer to the question i asked.

The labor force participation rate? You might want to check that bro

In Dec 2016 it was 62.7%. It now stands at, guess what, 62.7%.

We’re going in circles and you keep missing what I’m asking even when I tried to be polite.

Honestly, I doubt libs even believe it. They just don’t wanna give Trump credit.

A lot of truth here. They can no longer deny the economy is strong so now they are trying to steal credit.

Except.. they haven't. I have no idea why real wages are decreasing with a booming economy and I haven't seen many economists address the issue.

every one of these threads consists of libs citing misleading stats that get corrected with real data. no matter how much objective data and evidence is provided, you people just won't believe that things are actually better.

question: are you people just insufferable or is it really asperger's? it would help me to know how to respond.

more people are participating in the workforce, low unemployment among minorities, average hourly earnings are up across the board, gdp up (OH NO!), trump trying to make headway in the nato disparity, trump working on trade inequity, tax cuts having a positive effect, trying to accomplish repatriation. it's almost like he's trying to make america a more prosperous place instead of apologizing around the world for how awful we are.

but the libs incessantly want to get bogged down in stupid rhetoric actually celebrating when things seemingly fail for trump.

freaking deranged

what question?
if obama is responsible for the economy turning around and trump's policies are the antithesis of obama's, shouldn't the economy be tanking instead of growing? trump is enacting literally the opposite of what obama did yet, the economy continues to grow. trump's policies should be undoing the progress made by obama's policies.

i'm not going in circles. i explained the situation. the numbers are better since trump got into office. overwhelmingly so

Because real wages are adjusted for inflation, and we have a growing economy.
