He railed stormy like the filthy whore she was over a decade? Seems to me the real crime is not paying her, but the extortion of Trump by Stormy. If I come to you and say I want X amount of dollars or I’m going to tell the media I fricked you a decade ago, is that not extortion? Am I not attempting to force a financial transaction by threat of embarrassing details?

I think charging her 300,000 dollars was enough to make her regret the decision.

Every guy has had to pay to get some woman to STFU at some point. It may not have been money, but there’s always a price.

My point is that extortion is an actual crime. You can’t threaten to expose embarrassing details about a person unless they pay you to keep quiet. If Stormy is contacting Cohen and saying I want 150k or I take my story to the enquirer, that is illegal. The narrative here is backwards. They are trying to frame the guy who was being extorted as the criminal and Stormy as the victim

Voted for Trump over other GOP candidates despite knowing he was a womanizer and not a saint.

Hey dumbfrick, you can’t threaten to tell your story to a publisher unless I pay the frick up! That’s extortion you retard. Her stupid arse got what she wanted and still tried to sell her story. Unfortunately for her, she sucks cock for a living and she’ll have to suck miles and miles of it to pay Trump’s legal fees now.

Nice melt. Truly unhinged and mentally ill you are. Guess you didn’t hear the part where the judge threw her case out and ordered her to pay your President back for fees and court costs.

Yeah, that’s exactly what it it.

Legal definition of extortion

quote:

extortion n. obtaining money or property by threat to a victim's property or loved ones, intimidation, or false claim of a right (such as pretending to be an IRS agent). It is a felony in all states, except that a direct threat to harm the victim is usually treated as the crime of robbery. Blackmail is a form of extortion in which the threat is to expose embarrassing, damaging information to family, friends or the public.

She wanted to be paid for her silence in regards to a sexual encounter from a decade earlier or she would sell her story to the media. That’s extortion. It doesn’t matter how you slice it, Trump had to pay for her silence. Furthermore, she signed an NDA agreeing that she would not discuss the details of the sexual encounter or the financial details with anyone.
