My "woke" moment to the unquestionable corruption in our government was when Sandy Berger stole classified documents from the National Archives during the 9/11 Commission and destroyed them, even though he was caught he was only fined a few thousand dollars and banned from the National Archives for a few years. That dude was told to go in and handle some business. Then Comey allowed Hilldawg to walk and it was then I knew these bastards don't care if we know how corrupt they are.

Toss up between

1. Not being able to go a day during the second term of Bush 43 without seeing footage of Code Pink having anti-war protests and vandalizing military recruitment centers to watching them completely disappear off the face of the earth the minute Obama was elected even though he didn't do one thing different in Iraq and Afghanistan than what Bush had been doing the previous six or seven years.

2. Watching the freak show at Cal-Berkeley go completely ape shite over Ben Shapiro speaking there.

I was really trying to understand even the craziest of the left but when Nancy ripped up her copy of the state of the union address, I lost all hope of any possible reconciliation.
