While I think the law is stupid, it doesn’t violate the 2nd Amendment. The 2A limits congress and federal law. It does not prevent a state or locality from banning guns.

The Supreme Court has already ruled it is incorporated against the states

They have decided wrongly.
ETA - there are endless examples of states and localities limiting gun rights.

Whatever happen to Hawaii v Wilson, when the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled "there is no state constitutional right to carry a firearm in public" & cited The Wire.
quote:
The U.S. Supreme Court rejected today a Hawaii man’s bid to throw out criminal charges for carrying a pistol while hiking, as the justices declined to review a ruling by the liberal-leaning state’s top court that denounced an expansion of gun rights by the nation’s highest judicial body.
The man, Christopher Wilson, had appealed the Hawaii Supreme Court’s decision to reinstate the charges against him after he was accused in 2017 of violating state laws restricting people from carrying firearms and ammunition outside the home without a license. The U.S. Supreme Court’s action left that judicial ruling in place.

California
We took a college tour there with my youngest. Let’s say there was 200 people on the tour. They asked how many were there from California and it was well over half the people. Boulder was gorgeous. The people there sucked.

People in Wyoming love those Greenies.
I worked out in Rock Springs and they hated Colorado worse than an Alabama vs Auburn rivalry. Only there was no respect at all.
