Here you go, dumbass..

Most shoulder-fired rifles are mechanical devices, not electronic ones. Key points:
• The firing mechanism (trigger, firing pin, hammer, springs) is purely mechanical.
• Modern ammo ignites via a chemical primer, not electronics.
• There’s no circuitry that an EM signal could “confuse” or shut down.

Because of this, an electromagnetic ray has nothing to interact with in a traditional rifle.

This is incorrect. EM rays can melt metal. Firing pins for instance. EM rays could also cause the ammunition in a firearm to literally explode.

You could just try answering the goddamn question in the OP if you're so sure you have the answer rather than act like an insufferable douchecanoe.

But even if you had done that you would have been wrong.

Trump brought in Doctor Manhattan. It’s the only answer.

Eat shite, bitch. You're dead wrong on this. Something you seem to be very familiar with.

Again, dumbass…

In realistic, real-world conditions: no.
Electromagnetic radiation is extremely unlikely to make ammunition in a rifle explode.

Here’s the safe, high-level explanation:

?

How ammunition actually ignites

A cartridge fires when:
• The primer is mechanically struck, or
• The primer is heated to its ignition temperature (hundreds of °C) for long enough

Ammo is designed to be stable against heat, static electricity, and stray EM exposure under normal conditions.

?

Why electromagnetic radiation won’t do this
• Radio waves, microwaves, Wi-Fi, cell signals ? far too weak to heat a primer
• EMPs ? affect electronics, not chemical primers
• Metal casings act as shields, reflecting or dispersing EM energy
• Ammunition has no electronics for EM energy to interact with

Whatever they used had to have been handheld though. Something from space would have caused our own soldiers to begin vomiting blood and bleed from the nose.

Sounds more like he's talking about the hack they did prior to insertion. They probably tried to fire on the planes they kept overhead the whole time and it didn't work.

Didn't someone from the other side of that battle already come out and say the same thing? That they couldn't do anything?

Extremely unlikely =\= impossible. Again, EM radiation can be used to melt metal. What is ammunition housed in? Metal.

Quit being retarded.
