While this may sound mundane it has the greatest possibility of crippling the US and the scale that a NON-nation state can cause is potentially devastating. It could be carried out by a group of 16 yo in Mommy's basement all the way up to Russia. As long as China depends on us to buy stuff we are OK there.
Everything else is at least a magnitude below these for me.
