Speaking of Pompeo, I have a general question for anyone here who happens to know.
What is the SoS' role in a national election? I know at the state level it's the SoS' job to oversee the elections, but who does this on a national level? Wouldn't it be Pompeo?
And CA, Q has never, to my recollection, clarified exactly what he meant by "Trust Kansas." He could be speaking about Pompeo, but he may not be.
As far as my thoughts on Sundance, I don't think he's a shill. He seems to me to just be pissed off and trying his best to see to it that prosecutions take place.
But that doesn't mean that what he is doing is the right thing to do. And even though I'm sure he's done a great job researching, I doubt he knows much of anything about what Durham is actually doing. Durham has been mum throughout this whole thing.
I do actually believe that Pence may be a traitor though.

The question is, how did Pompeo undermine Trump?

I’m still interested in the video of him addressing the governors about a list of them who had been accepting money from China. Nothing ever came of that.

I think he may be undermining Trump currently by not stepping up and fulfilling his duty regarding all this mail-in balloting shite.
When he was asked about it he punted it over to Bill Barr and I think it may be his job to straighten this shite out.

This stuff here may end up being important later on in regards to the same mail-in balloting fiasco.
It was just the other day I wrote a thread about how 20,000 fake IDs have been confiscated at O'Hare airport in Chicago. IDs coming from Chy-na.
If this election gets all fubar'd (it will) how much people wanna bet that it's the Chinese pulling the strings on these corrupt Governors. (Cuomo for instance.)

I just don't understand the Secretary of State's role in domestic elections, if any. I thought that was the job of the FEC?

Pompeo said he received an invitation from a former governor to attend a networking event that promised great “deal-making” opportunities with the Chinese government. This networking event was run by “The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship in Foreign Countries,” said Pompeo. But what the participants might not have known is that “the group is the public face of the Chinese Communist party’s official foreign influence agency, the United Front Work Department.” Pompeo knew of this connection from his time at the CIA.
He questioned the governors on how many of them knew that this group was a communist front group. “What if you made a new friend while you were at that event?” he asked. “What if your new friend offered to invest big money in your state, perhaps in your pension, an industry sensitive to our national security?”
And then he dropped a huge bomb on the crowd. “These aren’t hypotheticals,” he continued. “Last year a Chinese government-backed think tank in Beijing produced a report that assessed all fifty of America’s governors on their attitudes toward China. They labeled each of you friendly, hardline, or ambiguous.” Pompeo continued, “I’ll let you decide where you think you belong, someone in China already has. Many of you, indeed, in that report, are referenced by name.”

You're right I think. But it's also a complicated issue. The Democrats and Republicans both acknowledge there are foreign governments "meddling" in our elections. As I stated earlier, for instance, is that China has sent 20,000 fake IDs to Chicago.
The SoS isn't specifically charged with overseeing our elections, but he is responsible for protecting the US Government from foreign interference.

I forgot I had already seen this. Scroll all the way down for governors CCP's grades.

Some where some one interpreted the Chinese with the Governor's grades in English.

Gotcha. So it all depends on were the SoS is looking in terms of "protecting our democracy".
Posted on 8/13/20 at 2:30 pm to BoarEd
it has always been said the State dept are spies.
this is interesting. I happen to find it looking for an article of the State Dept. "7th floor"
How Russian spies bugged the US State Department

Exactly. Trump has pushed it back over in Pompeo's court a couple of times now when he points out that foreign countries will be trying to send in fake ballots themselves. Barr has acknowledged this as well. Imo, that falls on Pompeo. As does the shite like the fake IDs from China.
