And THIS is one of the biggest mistake the nation has ever taken. IF they were going to make it just another 'will of the people" they should have changed the tenure to 2 years - just like the House.

Having some fat cat lie his way to a position of such power and saying "screw you" to his voters is incompatible with the nation founded in the constitution.
