Shouting down conversation you don't like is counterproductive, and only encourages recalcitrance.

The question is about AIPAC, and a foreign nation. No one is disparaging Joos.

Perhaps answer the question at hand? If the US is going to be lobbied on behalf of a foreign government, even when comprised of American citizens, why isn't it registered as a foreign actor? Does any other country get this same carveout? Should they?
