It’s almost like the Argentine stock market has nothing to do with their real economy and is mostly controlled by a small group of bad actors that are all in on globalism

This. When he succeeds and their economy booms, you'll see a domino effect with other countries. I would imagine they'd also adopt the US dollar as their official currency.

Argentine peso is crashing for a number of reasons and Milei is only marginally responsible. Argentina is an agricultural giant but not a powerhouse. Industrial growth lives perpetually stunted. Previous government spending on pensions and price supports has put the economy in a pickle.

It's complicated to put it mildly
