The American people will have more knowledge about what their money being spent on.
The message is cuts and lowered taxes because of the results being public.
Members of congress will have started their re election bids at that time. None of those GOP members are going to want to face their voters unless they have agreed to spending cuts and tax cuts

RINO stands for "Republican In Name Only." It is a derogatory term used within the Republican Party to criticize members perceived as insufficiently committed to conservative principles or party ideology. A prime example of a RINO would be Thomas Massie who is pro immigration and for Open Borders
