As a DeSantis supporter, I agree.

Though, I'm not sure this specific item is the gotcha people think it is.

He actually shite on them when he said the election wasn't stolen.

Kinda shows which side he is on when it comes to the people vrs. DC.

We’ve gone from
quote:

You can’t pardon anyone unless that are explicitly named at least two years after their offense.
… to now you concede you can pardon an entire army a year and a half prior to the end of the war.

Ain’t that something!

Didn't he say there was election interference (Hunter Biden laptop story coverup) that influenced the outcome of the election?

Never said that, just pointing out the flaw in that shitty example.

pardon an entire army

How many soldiers defected?

Yes, this is all Ron’s fault and responsibility.

He said there were some irregularities, but not enough to change the results of the election.

He’s done absolutely nothing to help those people. Nothing at all.

No, he specifically called out Meta/Zuck's interference, wide spread mail in ballots, third party groups that harvested said ballots, and how the media/social media collectively killed the Hunter laptop story.

Why is it DeSantis’ responsibility?

What he said is his fault and responsibility, that's why he's tanking in the polls.

Let's not forget that Douglass Mackey (hillary meme guy) was charged 1 week after Biden was sworn in.

I don't think the feds went hard after velvet rope/open-door trespassers until after Trump left office.

Breaking from his usual evasiveness when asked about his stance on Donald Trump’s claims of a “stolen” election, Ron DeSantis rejected the notion without mentioning his leading rival.

quote:

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Friday dismissed the theories of election fraud central to former President Donald Trump’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election as “unsubstantiated.”

quote:

All those theories that were put out did not prove to be true.” The governor went on to clarify that the 2020 election was not “conducted the way I think that we want to, but that’s different than saying ‘Maduro stole votes,’ or something like that.”
quote:

Previously when asked by reporters whether the election was rigged, DeSantis has often redirected the conversation. “I’ve been asked that a hundred different times. Anyone have a question on the topic of the day?”

Why didn’t Trump pardon the J6 prisoners when he had the power to do so?

I’d love to hear your take on the documents case

So he's just supposed to blanket pardon anyone that "might" be arrested?

You have to know how asinine that sounds.

As it’s been posted multiple times in this thread, yes. It’s been done before-Ford pardoned Nixon before he was charged with anything, and Carter and Lincoln issued blanket pardons.

And if you think that a Court would’ve overruled Trump-which I doubt, Mr “He Fights” who has always been open to the wildest suggestions, couldn’t even be bothered to try.

Trump is mentioned nowhere in OP.

Yet Ronbots can’t answer any question without mentioning Trump. Exactly like democrats do.

It’s remarkable.

Don’t have an answer? Orange man is bad.
