I'm sure Donald is telling Dubya to hold his beer on citizen wire tapping.

There is nearly a 100% chance he will be impeached and a near zero chance he will be convicted in the Senate.

Another poster who doesn't understand difference between impeachment and conviction/removal in Senate.

Shameful.

What victory for your team huh

Certainly not a waste of time since there are no other issues that need attention in this country

Don't you mean if the Republicans are successful?

Or don't you know who runs the Senate?

I oppose warrantless wiretaps as much as the next American. That was a Bush mistake. Just one of many under his leadership.

.However, I can find no examples where Bush used it to his political advantage.

Obama and Holder championed the need to proceed without FISA court approval and we can ask James Rosen where that landed.

Time to use force. Because apparently that's all Democrats understand.

They no longer understand democracy.

How many bills passed by the House has McConnell now blocked in the Senate? By November 14 the house had passed 389 bills. Almost 300 of them blocked by McConnell in the Senate. The Senate had passed 132 bills by that date.

The House had passed 10 of the 12 appropriations bills that Congress must pass each year to fund the government’s agencies, according to the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. The Senate had passed four of the required 12.

Of the 80 started and passed by the Senate, the House has passed 32. Most of the remaining 58 have been sent to committees for consideration. That is unlike the Senate where 300 bills are simply sitting on McConnell's desk with zero action taken.

He's more interested in getting incompetent judges confirmed.

but what about the election next year? Does the GOP have another strong candidate that can take down Biden or Warren?

Trump would run again and win.
