What happens if this bill gets voted down?

Congress can do better and write a MUCH more efficient bill to actually address the needs of the public.

This amendment may torpedo the vote tonight. The R are correct about the argument but if the D are right it was negotiated in. This could get ugly. Leahy is sounding sick as a dog.
