I read that at the post-election Fox TV, that Fox more or less fired him, plus it became very negative between Bill O'Reilly and him on a daily basis on O'Reilly's show. He had just started a Radio show like most of them do nowdays and I guess that's all he's doing. He's been on Fox once, that I have seen, since the 2012 election. I don't miss him, he got on my nerves like Colmes does.

It is pretty amazing just how wrong Rove and Morris were about the election.

I've never been a fan of either, but I don't think they would both stake their entire reputations on lies.

Weird stuff.

Makes you wonder if there were some shenanigans at the polls doesn't it?

Fox News the night of the 2012 election was some of the best TV in a long time.

It does make you wonder. But then again, folks like Nate Silver were spot on.

Romney thought if he could win the independent vote, he would win the election. If I am not mistaken, he did win the indy vote and lost in a landslide.

One huge issue working against him is the electoral college.

Even then, realclearpolitics had the EC vote at a virtual dead heat headed into election day.

I assume that Rove, Morris and others vastly under estimated the voter turnout among the core Obama voters. It appears that Silver did not.

He will be back if Hilliary runs. He likes Bill, but he loathes Hilliary...I mean hates her.. He'll find a way back, for her, even with the credibility issues....

It was entertaining but nowhere near as much as watching Ed Schultz the night of the attempted Scott Walker recall..... That was classic

Yep, the low voter turn-out was the key. Usually if you win independents you have a good shot, but His base stayed home. Dems red meat to a moderate, isn't a winning strategy the last 2 cycles, which is why the Right begs for a conservative...

They assumed Romeny would achieve the same vote turnout that McCain received. That was their flaw.

Rove and Morris's punishments were deserved for their actions during election night.

I'm not surprised that accountability is a foreign idea to Liberals.

Romney received more votes than McCain. I believe he received more than everyone in history save Obama 08 and Obama 12. Can't fact check it right now.

ETA. He was behind Bush 2004. Tidbit. In 2008, Obama received almost 70M votes. 19M than GW Bush and Gore in his first election just eight years earlier. Voter participation remains near all time highs.
