Nonsense. This Twitter account user is clearly not the Queen of Jamaica as it is still part of the Commonwealth of Great Britain making Queen Elizabeth its Head of State.

Looks like the cable fencing stopped it from what looks like a direct angle into the group of suburbans. Narrow median there too so that could have been high speed, head on collision with perhaps the POTUS vehicle or mighty close.

Or maybe they got distracted looking at the motorcade and weren't paying attention.
