Well, wouldn’t it seem reasonable to say Putin/Russia’s war ‘gainst Ukraine has been in some large part paid for with that pipeline, and was gonna continue to fund it (and then some) for however long it takes especially when their plan to extort Europeans and force them to pay, what, maybe double or triple the old prices once they get into extreme cold season and become crazed with desperation.

Putin didn't expect this operation would take this long or the international fallout. They are completely changing their logistics with Ukraine and digging in for a long (potentially multi-year to decade) engagement.
That pipeline isn't going to be used anyway (due to his decision to cut off Europe), so why not do what Putin does and manufacture a perceived crisis where Putin can't be blamed? That's literally what he's trying to do in Ukraine. It's his M.O.

We are trying to crush Russia. If everyone knows we are willing to blow up pipelines to stop Russia from being prosperous, they will not engage them.
If Russia did it as a false flag, they would be screaming and yelling like fools. We're not hearing that fake drama.
They only way this isn't seen as the most likely scenario is if you buy into the patriotic or environmentalist propaganda. We are not the good guys and they're not worried about the planet. They want to crush Russia for whatever reason and will do it at whatever cost.

They have bought his stupid bullshite "justification" for invading a non-threat in Ukraine and have been promoting that bullshite for 9 months on here.
Putin's direct plans aren't even that smart. Where Putin is smart is understanding how to proliferate his narrative, and how sewing seeds of dissention will make this effort echo his propaganda.
