I'm saying the claims you made about my statements were false, and your inability to provide evidence backs that up.

You never said this?

car regulations are before you can possess one (licensure, registration, etc)

An estimated 17,000 children in the United States might have died unnecessarily over nearly two decades because they didn't have health insurance, according to a report from researchers at Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore.

So zero kids dying in the streets because they were kicked off their health insurance. Thanks for the link that proves I've been right. Again.

Well, we need to find a solution that works. The ACA isn't that solution.

Obviously.

Your characterization was incorrect, as it usually is. Good to see you recognize that, hence your attempt at a subject change.

17,000 kids dying over the course of 20 years due to lack of health insurance. Just what you asked for. Always happy to educate you.

Me: you made the claim that you can't possess a car without a license and without registering it?

You: car regulations are before you can possess one (licensure, registration, etc).

Not my best work, but it'll do.

Nope. That's not what I asked for. Here is what I asked for:

Sure, go ahead and link all the children dying in the streets because their parents were denied health insurance.

Your interpretation of them is the primary issue.

Please link a chart that I posted where you disagree with my interpretation.

It would be helpful if you provide evidence of your own interpretation so that we're sure it's more than your opinion.

I don't know. There's too much money in the system due to ACA, Medicare/Medicaid and Insurance companies. Couple that those with EMTALA (defacto universal healthcare) and you have out of control pricing. We need government out...and maybe some curtailment of insurance. But, honestly, I'm not well versed (read not at all) on any of the specifics since aside from taxes I'm not worried about my personal or family healthcare.

No. We're still working on clearing up your confusion on these other things. When we get you up to speed, we can move on.

Is it your contention that none of the 17,000 children who died from lack of health insurance over 20 years pre-ACA were due to their parents being denied health insurance for a pre-existing condition, or having it revoked after the fact due to rescission?

That flies in the fact of what we know about the health insurance market pre-ACA. Hell, states even set up high risk pools (which were underfunded and had huge wait lists) to handle the huge volume of citizens unable to purchase insurance on the individual markets due to pre-existing conditions.

It's my contention that you haven't shown a single instance of a child dying in the streets because they were denied.

Link one. Just one.

I've already shown that I can. Admit you were wrong on the other two points, and I'll bust you up on this one as well.

Can you? Then go on, link a chart you believe I misinterpreted and let's discuss your 'correct' interpretation. You've yet to do any of that, despite claiming you could do it easily.

You know he meant to type don't have kids if you can't insure them and he's right.

Don't have kids if you can't feed them.
Don't have kids if you don't want to participate in their upbringing.
Don't have kids if you don't get involved with their education.

And on and on and on...

Poverty can't be ended with so many parents that shouldn't be having kids.

Is there a don't have kids if they have a correctable but expensive medical issue in your philosophy?

Because if not then you are on the side of the most fervent abortionists out there.

If you were poor and your child had a heart issue and the only way to correct the issue was to have government help would you let your child die?

Your child, that your wife had carried for 9 months. Would you be willing to say let them die rather then accept government money to keep them alive? Your child.

What would you do if it was your child?

Back up your first claim and we can continue on with the other two.

If you're going to just throw falsehoods out there, while I'm providing links to back up my statements, I'm not sure what the point in continuing is.
