to furloughed employees?

Social media is highlighting many acts of kindness towards to Federal employees who have been furloughed.

I am torn, these employees are caught in the middle but they will be paid back in full...so they are sitting at home, shopping, doing whatever they want and getting the sympathy from the general public, getting free meals and hugs, and then when the government reopens, they will get a big check in back payments.

so they are winning coming and going while the people in the public sector fight to survive everyday and when we lose a job, you have to learn to swim to survive...and don't forget these services have ceased...So we lose lose

I've seen "gofundme" signs

we have seen protest on TV... from these furloughed employees

and again these people are going to get paid,

Meanwhile 133 were apprehended from 41 nations on Wednesday (many from the middle east, some were tied to terrorist groups) just outside of McAllen Texas, the so called safest city in Texas.

Why is our government so stupid?

They want to impeach a guy who wants to bring home the troops (the liberals never wanted to get involved in the first place) and protect our borders while holding other government accountable to agreements they made, accountable to fair trade, he's helped the economy, helped bring home jobs, and so on, and they can't wait to get rid of him.

It's truly interesting times

makes me think of what Merkel said "states should consider giving up their sovereignty"

Voluntary charity is fine.

Forced charity, i.e socialism, is not.

Are federal workers not able to get loans from federal credit unions with their expected back pay as collateral?

We have missed 1 fn check and people are acting like they will be living on the streets next week. So sad how people can’t save money.

I've been without a paycheck since September. Not one business has offered to help me.

It's a shtick. In a couple weeks they'll be portrayed as homeless and sleeping in soup kitchens.

What’s the absurd percentage on both sides with zero savings?

Why would they do something that makes sense, when the MSM can throw a pity party and use it against Trump

Unlike these federal employees who have a guaranteed paycheck. A very large percentage of Americans don't get extra paid vacations like the nonessential "workers" are getting.
