There are first hand accounts that support both sides of the debate. I just look at the science.

Probably in fear of his life. Its against the law to deny the holocaust and to come out with evidence to disprove it is probably worse.

I don't have a problem with inheritance taxes. I can foresee a problem with too much financial and political power being in very few (like minded) hands. We have a lot of billionaires now. And a couple have topped 100 billion. The self perpetuating wealth that amount can produce could swamp the 65000 a yr household. An economic collapse/ recession or two and significant portions of the country could be basically a fiefdom. There are problems with my position - granted. Why does it go to the govt to misappropriate?? But i don't know that...just because your great grandaddy started an online store you shouldnt have to work an honest job. He /she didnt "earn" anything but be born to the right family. There is also the issue of land wealth but not overly cash wealthy - having to come up with means to pay the tax and suffer reduced prices because you are up against it and those willing to buy/lend know it etc. Nothing should be enforced for ...under 100m at this point though. Its not perfect and "tax" is the term used but not necessarily for revenue distribution but power distribution.
