This situation only ramped up AFTER the daycare fraud scandal was exposed NATIONALLY last month.
Isn't it obvous?
PS - I bolded the word "Nationally" because two of our usual suspects, "Legend" and SFP, falsely claimed that the corporate media had been "all over" the fraud story before a private citizen made the story go viral in late December.
