Best story I read was about 30 years ago when a girl protesting a train shipment of something to a military base up around Oregon or Washington state. She laid across the tracks. Her scramble was late and she lost both legs.
That same year (again upper northwest) a girl made a pipe bomb to blow up a factory making something that she was protesting. She transported the bomb under the driver's seat of her VW Beetle. Before she reached the factory the bomb blew up.
When she got out of the hospital the judge decided to drop the charges because she was punished for life for having her pussy blown up and totally useless.
