I don't understand why the DOJ can't do anything to rein any of these judges in. They should have to answer to someone. If they answer to congress, we need to get on that, while we own both sides of the legislature.
Because the DOJ is under the executive branch. Federal judges are under the judicial branch. Separation of powers.

I brought this is up in a prior post and was attacked. They can't do much....the POTUS and the executive branch can't at least. The constitutional remedy is via the Legislative branch and takes the form of impeachment. That is not going to happen as the legislative branch is too weak to use that, even as a threat.
The only solution is to appoint the right judges going forward and to try and keep the cases in friendly territory. The left knew they were going to lose and got ready by prepping both the appeals, in the form of organizing leftwing law firms to get ready to a appeal and they got judges to get ready to rule on issues quickly. Notice where most of the appeals are taking place, NY, DC, MA and CA.
Until Trump works with the legislature to make his EO align with the House/Senate then and only then can they get in front of this. EOs are a fragile way to rule, they exchange swiftness of action with long term impact.
Why aren't MAGA organizing and protesting outside of the courthouses of these judges? The ground game for putting public pressure is still one that the left hold.

None of the legislation over the past decades dictating who the executive can fire is constitutional.
Trump is letting them flood the zone to eventually step on their own dicks, again, to force the Supreme Court to address it.
Article II is pretty clear about the executive’s power to fire his own employees

You probable spoke too soon with this thread. Telling a corrupt judge to eat a fat dick when he orders Trump to turn around a plane load of criminals and bring them back to the US is a hell of a response.
