one thing we do right is elections....
California is a disaster.... Amazing how long it will take for results in a local mayoral election...

You think we in Louisiana do elections right. Not sure if you are joking and I missed it.

Polls typically close at 8pm and we know the results by the 10pm news
Meanwhile, plenty of cities and states that have democrats running everything somehow can't seem to have their votes tallied up for multiple days after election day

Not talking election outcomes, I'm talking about how elections are run....
Ever see Louisiana take days or weeks for results?

California and esp LA knows who won the election. Now they just have to make sure they have the right amount of votes to go public.

It seems like we at least get results in a timely manner.

Louisiana has better food, culture and we are more laid back.

The problem with kouisiana is who you elect...

In close elections, NOLA used to be very late getting results because they had to know how many votes they needed to cheat. Any place that can't get results done, that's what's happening. Once they know how many votes they need, they start going through the precinct books and voting for all of those that didn't vote.

Yep, all by design. Cali selects its "leaders". Elections in blue dem filth states have been a joke for a long time.

I don't know about New Orleans but I've in South and North La. for many decades and I've never heard of a controversial election tally.

No wonder they say as long as you are in line for 8 p.m. you can still vote.
So I guess the poll workers can say they have an imaginary line that forms at 8 p.m. and sign for the people who didn't vote yet and vote for their preferred candidates.
I guess now it would be a little harder to do with some places having security cameras and maybe someone questioning why votes were still being cast at 9 p.m. if the machines record a time stamp of when the votes were being counted.
When I first voted in 1999, you had to pull a lever and everything was analog. There were analog dials or maybe LED's that counted votes. What's to say back then, someone going in and putting a some random votes on behalf of someone or pencil whipping the numbers.
