Just pass a law giving the cops the power to go into everyone's house once a week and search for guns. Putting heavy emphasis on a registry of legal gun owners.

We could also put in home video surveillance in every house and station a 24/7 tactical swat team in every corner watching monitors.

Yes to all of these. Try no paying property taxes. Never heard of a sheriff's sale? Where do you think they get that property? Did you know the Child Protective Services take kids away from loving parents?
