Joe Biden has to be one of the dumbest individuals when it comes to firearms in this country. Between this comment and the one about stepping onto your porch and firing a double barrel shotgun into the air when someone is attempting to break into your house. These are two of the dumbest, most ill-informed things, I have ever heard anyone say about firearm ownership.
