Watching a group of ten kids (10-14) getting ready to find trouble

6 of them have gloves on and at two were visibly walking around with hammers in their hands. Couple of them were roaming looking through trash cans and peering into cars.
It looks like a group of feral dogs roaming the street except these are actually feral humans.
Just had to vent because none of these ten will ever contribute to society.

Get out a camera and take photos of them so that they can be identified if they actually cause trouble in the area.

They sound like they need love and a father figure. Go talk to them. Then offer them a choice ONE sport. Soccer, Basketball, whatever, and you pay for it.

If they were younger then I would. These kids are too far gone. Approaching them will result in one thing—-me being robbed.
